Your tasks

• Creating statistics and reports
• Assisting in controlling activities
• Reviewing existing software solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and performing updates to ensure IT systems are efficient and up-to-date
• Preparing accounting tasks, including incoming and internal invoicing
• Supporting invoice and reminder processes
• Managing document storage using DocuWare
• Handling petty cash management
• Assisting in payroll preparation and data maintenance
• Managing the submission and processing of grant applications
• Providing general administrative support within the department

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at 32,200 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.

• Completed commercial education with basic knowledge and interest in accounting and controlling
• Completed or ongoing education in the field of accounting and/or controlling is advantageous
• Excellent written and spoken skills in both German and English
• Independent and self-responsible work style, enabling efficient task completion and independent decision-making
• Strong affinity for numbers and a deep understanding of complex financial matters
• Your financial acumen enables you to make informed decisions and actively contribute to shaping our financial success story
• Digitally savvy and familiar with the latest digital technologies and trends
