As a Senior Digital Concepter at pixelart, you develop ideas that shape brands in the digital sphere. You combine conceptual strength with creative clarity and a deep understanding of digital contexts.You take responsibility for the quality of concepts, develop robust guiding principles and recognise when an approach is convincing. Working alongside Strategy, Design, and Photo and Video Production, you will lead projects conceptually from the initial idea through to implementation, keeping impact, user needs and business objectives in mind.

Your tasks

Developing and steering overarching concepts for campaigns and digital initiatives
Translating brand and campaign strategies into clear, scalable concepts
Shaping the content of digital touchpoints – from websites, landing pages, performance campaigns and digital applications – with a focus on content, narrative and user experience
Thinking across channels and ensuring a consistent concept across all touchpoints
Working closely with Strategy, Design, and Photo and Video Production, and actively leading content development within the project
Presenting and defending concepts to clients
Further developing and refining concepts based on data, performance and project insights
Targeted use of generative AI in the creative and conceptual process

What you can contribute

At least 5 years’ experience in an agency or a comparable role in the digital sector
Proven track record demonstrating clear conceptual depth and a digital focus
Extensive experience in developing campaigns and digital concepts
Strong understanding of storytelling, content structures and digital platforms
Confident handling of SEO, content logic and performance metrics
Ability to formulate, present and advocate ideas convincingly
Native-level German

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 56,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
