Do you love project management, want to actively manage digital projects, coordinate and lead development teams, and learn in close collaboration with senior PMs? Then join us and shape exciting digital projects from concept to launch – hands-on, operationally and with a full focus on the customer.

Your tasks

  • Operational management of digital projects with a high degree of hands-on involvement
  • Control of budget, schedule, scope and quality during all project phases
  • Management of the project team on a day-to-day basis and operational customer management
  • Responsibility for project launch, customer acceptance and smooth handover
  • Establishment and maintenance of customer relationships in close coordination with senior PMs
  • Preparation of status updates, project documentation and success reports
  • Conducting testing, processing tickets and preparing offers and service and support contracts
  • Support in the design and planning of innovative web solutions
  • Coordination and planning of team capacities together with project management colleagues
  • Maintenance and updating of content in various content management systems

What you can contribute

  • At least 3 years of experience in operational project management, ideally in an agency
  • In-depth understanding of project management methods and experience in using project management software
  • Practical experience in operational time and resource management, testing, tickets, preparing quotations, maintenance contracts and budget control
  • Technical know-how and experience with tools (e.g. shop systems, PIM systems, digital marketing tools)
  • Experience in operational customer communication, status updates and project documentation
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach to work, hands-on mentality, team leadership skills and assertiveness
  • You use AI sensibly to support your project work – e.g. for automation, analysis or documentation

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
