Als Digital Project & Operations Manager im Creation Department bist du ein zentraler Teil im Tagesgeschäft unserer innovativen Digitalprojekte. Mit einem sicheren Gespür für Prozesse, Prioritäten und Kommunikation sorgst du im Team für reibungslose Abläufe – zwischen unseren Auftraggeber:innen und den Business Units an unseren Standorten in Salzburg (HQ) und Wien. Du koordinierst Timings, Ressourcen und Budgets, steuerst Content-Creation-Projekte, AI-driven Productions und Shootings und führst eigene Vorhaben von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei bringst du Teamspirit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude an kreativen Prozessen mit – und überzeugst als echtes Organisationstalent. Du verbindest die Außenwelt mit der Innenwelt: arbeitest direkt mit Kund:innen und Auftraggeber:innen anderer Teams – und intern im Team mit großartigen Designer:innen, Motion-Talenten und Strateg:innen, damit jedes Projekt perfekt ineinandergreift.

Your tasks

Abwicklung und Betreuung von Projekten in den Bereichen Digital Branding, UI/UX Design, Content Creation & AI-driven Production sowie Motion Content & 3D Animation.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Digital-Projektmanager:innen anderer pixelart-Teams – du bist die verbindende Schnittstelle zwischen Strategie, Design und Umsetzung.
Planung und Organisation der operativen Aufgaben und Ressourcen im Creation-Team für reibungslose Abläufe.
Koordination interner Prozesse wie Ressourcenplanung, Zeitmanagement und Produktionsorganisation.
Sicherstellen der Qualitätsstandards und Aufbereitung von Unterlagen für interne und externe Präsentationen.
Verantwortung für Projektzeitpläne, Controlling und Budgetübersicht.
Organisation und Steuerung externer Produktionspartner:innen, von Angebotseinholung bis zur Umsetzung.
Erstellung von Angeboten, Budgets und Präsentationen für Kundentermine, Reviews und Pitches.

What you can contribute

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen Umfeld – idealerweise in einer Agentur, im Projektmanagement oder in der Content- bzw. Produktionssteuerung.
Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein Auge fürs Detail.
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, um als verbindende Schnittstelle zwischen Teams, Kund:innen und Auftraggeber:innen zu agieren.
Erfahrung im Ressourcen- und Zeitmanagement sowie in der Organisation komplexer Projekte.
Ein gutes Verständnis für kreative und gestalterische Prozesse – du weißt, wie Design-, Motion- und Content-Teams arbeiten.
Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement- und Kollaborationstools (z. B. JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Miro).
Technisches Grundverständnis für digitale Plattformen, Dateistrukturen und Produktionsprozesse.
Kundenorientierung und ein sicheres Gespür für Prioritäten, Qualität und Timing.
Freude daran, im Team Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Kolleg:innen operativ zu unterstützen und pragmatische Lösungen zu finden.
Ein Mix aus Organisationstalent, analytischer Stärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen – kombiniert mit Offenheit für neue Technologien und AI-getriebene Workflows.
