As a Digital Strategist at pixelart, you will develop effective solutions to achieve our clients’ brand objectives. You combine strategic thinking with clear content and technical understanding, and actively contribute your ideas to client projects. In doing so, you will holistically develop digital solutions from the initial concept through to implementation, always focusing on impact, user needs and business objectives.

Your tasks

  • Development of digital strategies and concepts for key touchpoints such as websites, online shops and digital platforms
  • Leading and helping to shape pitches, as well as developing concepts to attract new customers
  • Managing and supporting onboarding processes, as well as providing strategic advice in close collaboration with project management and specialist teams
  • Identifying and developing opportunities with existing clients in collaboration with the project team
  • Proactively contributing ideas, insights and strategic developments for existing clients
  • Preparing and delivering workshops and presentations at decision-maker level
  • Translating complex requirements into clear, inspiring solutions
  • Optimising the user experience throughout the entire customer journey, with a focus on conversion and performance, in collaboration with our Digital Marketing Team

What you can contribute

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the digital sector, ideally in agencies or digital projects
  • Experience in strategic client consulting and the ability to present confidently
  • An understanding of websites, information architecture and user experience
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics, KPIs and data-driven working
  • Very good command of German and good command of English
  • Analytical thinking, curiosity and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new industries and target groups
  • Enthusiasm for digital topics, technologies and trends
  • Due to our corporate language and current clientstructure, German language skills at a minimum C1 level are required

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
