With us, you will take on responsibility for key tasks in finance and controlling and can actively participate in the further development of our processes. Your tasks

Independent handling of invoicing and dunning procedures
Preparation of accounting, in particular incoming and internal settlements
Maintenance and organisation of digital document management (DocuWare)
Management of petty cash
Support with preparatory payroll accounting and data maintenance
Preparation of statistics and evaluation of analyses and reports
Support in operational controlling
Independent submission and processing of grant applications
General organisational and administrative support in the finance and controlling team

What you can contribute

Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience in finance or controlling
Sound practical knowledge of accounting/controlling and confident use of digital tools
Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers and understanding of complex interrelationships
Independent, structured and responsible approach to work
Very good written and spoken German, basic English skills
Interest in actively shaping processes and expanding the department in the long term

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
