As Head of Marketing, you will make these successes visible – both externally and internally. You will develop strategies, orchestrate all marketing activities across our business units and locations in Salzburg and Vienna, and ensure that pixelart is perceived as one of the leading digital partners.

Your tasks
- Development, implementation and management of a holistic marketing strategy – including content marketing, branding, PR, events and social media.
- Development, planning and implementation of lead generation campaigns – from performance measures to brand-oriented awareness campaigns.
- Further development of our brand identity and employer positioning and ensuring a consistent public image.
- Ongoing market and competition analysis to identify and exploit new opportunities.
- Establishing and maintaining media contacts, creating press releases and success stories from our projects
- Interdisciplinary management and coordination of all marketing activities across all relevant channels – in close cooperation with experts from design, content, development and performance marketing as well as external partners
- Responsibility for the marketing budget, performance measurement (KPIs) and reporting to management
What you can contribute
- At least 5 years of professional experience in strategic marketing – preferably in a digital agency, a digital consulting firm or a technology-driven environment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies in a digital B2B context
- Hands-on mentality paired with strategic vision and a deep understanding of the challenges in the digital agency business
- Strong sense of brand management and digital communication – paired with high quality standards for content, UX and design
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare complex content in a way that is appropriate for the target group and channel
- Enjoy working closely with the leadership team to develop ideas and challenge them constructively.
- Willingness to travel between our locations
Our Offer
In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 63,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
