Your tasks

• Creating statistics and reports
• Assisting in controlling activities
• Reviewing existing software solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and performing updates to ensure IT systems are efficient and up-to-date
• Preparing accounting tasks, including incoming and internal invoicing
• Supporting invoice and reminder processes
• Managing document storage using DocuWare
• Handling petty cash management
• Assisting in payroll preparation and data maintenance
• Managing the submission and processing of grant applications
• Providing general administrative support within the department

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at 32,200 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience. We also support you with your study fees.

What you can contribute

You are a student:at a university of applied sciences or university and are at least in your 3rd semester in the field of economics.
You are motivated to immerse yourself in the world of numbers and innovation.
You have basic knowledge and an interest in accounting/controlling.
Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Independent and autonomous way of working.
An affinity for numbers and an understanding of complex financial relationships.
Digitally savvy and familiar with the latest digital technologies and trends.
Eager to learn and open to continuous training and development.
