As a Lead Designer, you will create outstanding visual concepts, set the design direction of digital products, and lead a small design team through the entire design phase from concept to UI/UX design to technical implementation.

Your tasks

Development of design concepts
Lead and manage the overall design process
Hands-on UI/UX design and lead design presentations
Leading the design team and pushing creative development
Team leadership: leading staff reviews & general staff development within the team
Evolving the team's internal processes to maximize standardization opportunities
Train and develop design skills within the team
Interface with BU Lead as well as other teams
Quality assurance of concepts & proposals
Quality assurance of digital projects
Assistance with Pitches
New Business: evaluation of potentials of incoming requests

What you can contribute

Many years of experience in designing digital products and design systems
Expert knowledge of the latest design & prototyping tools (Figma)
High-level consulting expertise
Extensive experience in creating digital strategies
Experience in calculation, invoicing and budget responsibility
In-depth knowledge of client consulting & confident presentation skills
Experience in leading teams and employees
Self-confidence, ability to assert yourself and deal with conflicts
Absolute hands-on mentality & entrepreneurial spirit

Our Offer

In addition to our great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at € 63,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
