Als Operations Manager bei pixelart bist du das organisatorische Rückgrat unseres Creation-Teams und sorgst mit einem sicheren Gespür für Prozesse, Prioritäten und Kommunikation für reibungslose Abläufe. Du koordinierst Timings, Ressourcen und Schnittstellen, denkst mit, kontrollierst Ergebnisse und hältst unserem Creation-Team den Rücken frei. Dabei bringst du nicht nur Struktur, sondern auch Teamspirit, Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude an kreativen Prozessen mit.

Your tasks

Unterstützung des Creation-Teams bei organisatorischen und operativen Aufgaben, um eine reibungslose Projektabwicklung sicherzustellen.
Schnittstelle zwischen Creation-Team und Projektmanagern anderer Teams, um eine klare Kommunikation und effiziente Zusammenarbeit zu gewährleisten.
Koordination und Organisation von internen Prozessen, wie Ressourcenmanagement und Terminplanung.
Sicherstellung, dass alle benötigten Informationen und Materialien für das Design-Team rechtzeitig verfügbar sind.
Unterstützung bei der Qualitätskontrolle von Projektergebnissen und Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für interne oder externe Präsentationen.
Unterstützung beim Management der Projektzeitpläne und Unterstützung beim Projektcontrolling
Koordination externer Partner
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten
Unterstützung bei der Teilnahme an Ausschreibungen und Pitches

What you can contribute

Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer koordinierenden oder unterstützenden Rolle, idealerweise in einer Agentur oder einem kreativen Umfeld.
Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem Auge für Details.
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um als verbindende Schnittstelle zwischen Teams zu fungieren.
Erfahrung im Ressourcen- und Zeitmanagement sowie in der Organisation komplexer Projekte.
Grundlegendes Verständnis für kreative Prozesse und die Bedürfnisse eines Design-Teams
Erfahrung im Erstellen von textlichem oder visuellen Content von Vorteil.
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools und idealerweise Erfahrung mit digitalen Plattformen und Kollaborationstools.
Teamplayer-Mentalität und Freude daran, Kollegen operativ zu unterstützen und Herausforderungen pragmatisch anzugehen.
Du bringst eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsstärke mit.
