Do you have a knack for eye-catching social media formats and exciting ad creatives? Then join us as a Performance Creative & SoMe Designer! Support our team with fresh designs that perfectly match the brand CI and turn ideas into visual content - from Instagram stories to YouTube ads. You use Canva professionally, are familiar with AI-supported workflows and work closely with our Lead Designer to design creative assets efficiently and effectively.

Your tasks

Development of performance-oriented ad creatives for various digital channels (Meta, Google, Youtube)
Support in the design and implementation of social media formats
Confident handling of brand guidelines and corporate design specifications
Use of Canva for the creation of static and animated content
Use of AI tools to automate and optimise design workflows
Close cooperation with the lead designer in the development and coordination of creatives
Support in the further development of templates, design systems and automated processes
Observation of current social media trends and contribution of new ideas to the team

What you can contribute

Completed training or initial practical experience in graphic design, media design or a similar creative field
A flair for social media content, design trends and performance-driven creative thinking
Confident use of Canva and ideally basic knowledge of other design tools
Initial experience with AI-supported tools and automation of workflows
Basic understanding of brand management and an eye for detail when adhering to CIs
High motivation to try out new things, help shape and grow in a team
Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and a desire for a dynamic environment

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 32,200 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
