As Team Lead for our Creation Department, you will take on leadership responsibility for around 13 specialists in the areas of digital branding, UI/UX design, content creation & AI-driven production, and motion content & 3D animation. You will be part of our leadership team and actively shape the strategic development of our creative services. You will lead your team with empathy, clarity and vision, creating a trusting environment that balances creative excellence with efficient organisation. You will place particular emphasis on team stability, performance, coaching, organisation and the efficient design of processes between our clients and the business units at our locations in Salzburg (HQ) and Vienna.

Your tasks

Leadership & Development: You will manage the Creation Department, promote individual strengths and create an environment in which creativity, quality and team spirit can flourish. You will support our creative staff with efficient structures and clear processes.
Organisation & Structure: You will be responsible for resource planning and the department budget, and you will develop even leaner processes to ensure smooth and high-quality project execution.
Coaching & Mentoring: You will support your team in their development and ensure an open feedback and learning culture.
Processes & communication: You will optimise interfaces between clients, project management and our creation department, developing even more efficient processes. Automation, transparency and simplicity are your guiding principles.
Team building & recruiting: You will recognise potential, support recruiting processes and ensure sustainable growth and clear roles within the department.
Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will work with the team leads of our business units, provide support in strategic consulting for selected customer projects and ensure that tasks are optimally distributed among the right team members.
Collaboration with our Creative Director: They will work closely with you as a professional sparring partner for all your team members – together, you will further develop the department both professionally and organisationally.

What you can contribute

Leadership experience: Several years of experience in a management position – ideally in a digital environment – with proven responsibility for team leadership and organisational development.
People & team skills: You lead with clarity and empathy and create an environment in which your team can work independently and with motivation.
Organisational skills: You think in a structured way, plan ahead and ensure stability and quality in everyday life with clear processes and efficient use of resources.
Coaching skills: You recognise potential, promote individual development and accompany your team on their path to personal and professional growth.
Strategic thinking: You understand how creative work, design and technology interact – and you integrate this perspective into overarching corporate goals.
Strong communication skills: You impress with your clarity, empathy and professional demeanour – both in leadership and in collaboration with customers and stakeholders.
Change & growth mindset: You design structures, accompany change and integrate new ways of working – such as AI-supported processes – in a pragmatic manner.
Hands-on leadership: You think in terms of solutions, make decisions and maintain an overview even in complex situations.

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you a full-time position with an annual salary starting at €70,000 gross (including holiday pay and Christmas bonus). We also provide you with a fully electric company car (including private use). Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
