Digital Account Manager | Senior (all genders)

As Account Manager for our Vienna office, you will be responsible for shaping the digital future of our customers through workshops, targeted offers, budget responsibility, process organization and the developing of new projects. You are the primary face to key strategic clients, ensuring their satisfaction and optimizing our service quality. You have an important role in the agency expansion in the Linz-Vienna area.
Your tasks
- Key account management: main contact for (key) accounts and responsibility for planning, negotiations, quotations, finances, customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
- Strategic customer consulting: Leading workshops, inspiring through best-practices and promoting strategic growth approaches as a trusted contact person.
- Costing, billing & forecasting: Responsibility for profitability, costing and controlling, as well as the annual budgets of the digital budgets.
- Ensuring product quality: defining the direction of digital projects in collaboration with customers and implementing them with the project team.
- Project acquisition: taking on new project inquiries, organizing pitch invitations and carrying out important checkpoints for winning projects.
- New customer acquisition and support: Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships for continuous growth.
What you can contribute
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management/account management.
- Agency experience and/or existing network in the Vienna area an advantage.
- Sound understanding of project management methods and knowledge in the use of project management software.
- Experience in time and resource management and budget control.
- In-depth technology know-how and interdisciplinary tool knowledge (especially in relation to store systems, PIM systems and digital marketing tools).
- Strong communication skills for effective team leadership, stakeholder interaction and client consultation.
- Ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and target achievement.
- Self-confidence, assertiveness and conflict resolution skills as well as hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit.
Our Offer
In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting from 56,000 EUR gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position, and a company car for personal use (Tesla Model 3). Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
