As Client Manager you shape the digital future of our customers through workshops, accurate offers, budget responsibility, process organization and the development of new projects (websites, eCommerce, portals, digital products, apps, PWA,...). You are the main contact person for our customers, ensure their satisfaction and optimize our service quality.
Your tasks
- Developing a digital vision for innovative digital projects in collaboration with your clients.
- Creating accurate proposals based on the developed vision.
- Defining, planning, and implementing digital projects with a high degree of hands-on involvement.
- Ensuring a successful project workflow in terms of both technology and content through close collaboration with clients, the project team, and internal departments.
- Responsibility for budget, timeline, scope, and quality throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the project team and clients.
- Responsibility for a successful project launch process, including client acceptance, project marketing, success reporting, and lessons learned.
- Establishing, maintaining, and developing long-term client relationships.
- Supporting new business efforts by actively participating in identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and preparing proposals and presentations.
- Actively improving processes, collaboration, and service quality.
Our Offer
In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 56,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
What you can contribute
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in digital project management, account management, consulting, or product ownership, preferably with agency experience.
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies, software applications, time and resource management, and budget control.
- In-depth technical expertise and cross-functional knowledge of tools, particularly regarding e-commerce platforms, PIM systems, CMS, portals, and digital marketing tools.
- Confident presentation skills and solid expertise in client consulting.
- A structured approach to work, analytical thinking, and assertiveness.
- Self-motivated willingness to take on responsibility for challenging projects and topics to drive them forward.
- Clear positioning as the central point of contact for relevant issues.
- Confidently taking on a leadership role, actively communicating, and seeking targeted input to effectively shape proposed solutions and ideas.
- Broad perspective, holistic thinking, ongoing development of strong ideas, understanding of economic contexts, and knowledge of the business environment.
- AI is not a buzzword for you, it's a professional tool that you use in your everyday life?
- Due to our corporate language and current client structure, German language skills at a minimum C1 level are required
