Digital Designer - UI/UX | Junior (all genders)

Your tasks

Designing websites, apps, digital touchpoints, campaigns, and user interfaces for complex digital solutions
Developing user interfaces that combine usability, visual appeal, and technical feasibility
Ensuring high design standards and intuitive, user-centered solutions
Collaborating closely with your lead designer and the team to bring out the best in every project
Actively contributing to design reviews, team feedback sessions, and internal development initiatives

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.

What you can contribute

A completed or ongoing degree in communication design, graphic design, UI/UX design, or a comparable qualification (e.g. MMA)
First hands-on experience in screen design, UI/UX, or digital branding — through internships, personal projects, or freelance work
Solid knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud
Bonus: Experience with SVG animation tools (e.g. Rive) or no-code/design-to-code platforms (e.g. Webflow)
A strong interest in digital trends, emerging technologies, and future-ready design
Great attention to detail combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
