Your tasks

  • Operative Steuerung von Digitalprojekten mit hohem Hands-on-Anteil
  • Kontrolle von Budget, Zeitplan, Scope und Qualität während aller Projektphasen
  • Führung des Projektteams im Alltag sowie operative Kundenführung
  • Verantwortung für Projektlaunch, Kundenabnahme und reibungslose Übergabe
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen in enger Abstimmung mit den Senior PMs
  • Erstellung von Status-Updates, Projektdokumentation und Erfolgsreportings
  • Durchführung von Testing, Bearbeitung von Tickets sowie Vorbereitung von Angeboten und Service- und Supportverträge
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Planung innovativer Web-Lösungen
  • Abstimmung und Planung der Teamkapazitäten gemeinsam mit den Projektmanagementkolleg:innen
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Inhalten in verschiedenen Content-Management-Systemen

What you can contribute

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im operativen Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einer Agentur
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Projektmanagementmethoden und Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Projektmanagement-Software
  • Praxis in operativem Zeit- und Ressourcenmanagement, Testing, Tickets, Angebote vorbereiten, Wartungsverträge und Budgetkontrolle
  • Technisches Know-how und Tool-Erfahrung (z. B. Shopsysteme, PIM-Systeme, Digital Marketing Tools)
  • Erfahrung in operativer Kundenkommunikation, Status-Updates und Projektdokumentation
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamführungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Du nutzt AI sinnvoll zur Unterstützung deiner Projektarbeit – z. B. für Automatisierungen, Analyse oder Dokumentation
