As Digital Project & Operations Manager in the Creation Department, you will play a central role in the day-to-day business of our innovative digital projects. With a keen sense for processes, priorities and communication, you will ensure smooth operations within the team – between our clients and the business units at our locations in Salzburg (HQ) and Vienna. You will coordinate timings, resources and budgets, manage content creation projects, AI-driven productions and shoots, and lead your own projects from concept to implementation. You will bring team spirit, quality awareness and a passion for creative processes to the table – and impress with your organisational skills. You connect the outside world with the inside world: you work directly with clients and customers from other teams – and internally within the team with great designers, motion talents and strategists to ensure that every project fits together perfectly.
Your tasks
- Handling and managing projects in the areas of digital branding, UI/UX design, content creation & AI-driven production, as well as motion content & 3D animation.
- Working closely with digital project managers from other pixelart teams – you are the connecting interface between strategy, design and implementation.
- Planning and organising operational tasks and resources in the creation team to ensure smooth processes.
- Coordinating internal processes such as resource planning, time management and production organisation.
- Ensuring quality standards and preparing documents for internal and external presentations.
- Responsibility for project schedules, controlling and budget overview.
- Organisation and management of external production partners, from obtaining quotes to implementation.
- Preparation of quotes, budgets and presentations for client meetings, reviews and pitches.
Our Offer
In addition to our great benefits, we offer you a starting annual gross salary of €42,000, based on a full-time position (including holiday and Christmas bonuses). The actual salary will be adjusted according to your working hours, qualifications, and experience.

- Customer focus and a keen sense of priorities, quality and timing.
