As an Operations Manager at pixelart, you are the organizational backbone of our Creation Team. With a strong sense for processes, priorities, and communication, you ensure smooth workflows and keep everything running behind the scenes. You coordinate schedules, resources, and interfaces, think ahead, monitor outcomes, and provide operational support so the Creation Team can focus on what they do best. You bring not only structure, but also team spirit, a sharp eye for quality, and a genuine enthusiasm for creative processes.

Your tasks

Provide organizational and operational support to the Creation Team to ensure seamless project execution
Act as a key interface between the Creation Team and project managers from other teams to enable clear communication and efficient collaboration
Coordinate and organize internal processes such as resource planning and scheduling
Ensure all required information and materials are available to the Design Team in a timely manner
Support quality control of project deliverables and prepare documents for internal and external presentations
Assist with managing project timelines and support project controlling
Coordinate external partners
Support the preparation of quotes and proposals
Assist with tenders and pitch processes

Our Offer

In addition to our great benefits, we offer you a starting annual gross salary of €42,000, based on a full-time position (including holiday and Christmas bonuses). The actual salary will be adjusted according to your working hours, qualifications, and experience.

What you can contribute

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a coordinating or supporting role, ideally in an agency or creative environment
A structured and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and the ability to serve as a connecting interface between teams
Experience in resource and time management, as well as in organizing complex projects
Basic understanding of creative workflows and the needs of a Design Team
Experience in creating written or visual content is a plus
Confident use of common project management tools; ideally, experienc e with digital platforms and collaboration tools
A true team player with a hands-on mentality and a pragmatic approach to challenges
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, combined with assertiveness
