Search is currently undergoing a fundamental transformation.As an SEO Lead at pixelart, you will actively shape how visibility is achieved in traditional search engines and AI-based systems. You will combine SEO, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI into integrated strategies and develop solutions that not only improve rankings but also create real business impact. At the same time, you will strategically develop our search division and contribute your expertise to client projects, consulting services and our market positioning.

Your tasks

Providing technical guidance and support to SEO colleagues across various business units
Further developing our service portfolio in the areas of SEO, GEO and AI
Developing and overseeing holistic SEO and GEO strategies
Providing strategic advice to our clients, as well as establishing and developing consulting services in the field of search
Presenting strategies, analyses and results to decision-makers
Analysing websites and content in the context of search engines and AI-based search
Deriving concrete measures in the areas of technical SEO, content and structure
Working closely with UX, Development and Digital Marketing
Identifying and developing opportunities with existing clients
Playing an active role in pitches and new client acquisition

What you can contribute

Several years’ experience in SEO or search, ideally in an agency or digital environment
A sound understanding of technical SEO, content strategies and data-driven working
Experience with, or a strong interest in, AI, GEO and new search algorithms
The ability to clearly structure complex concepts and communicate them effectively
Strong presentation and consulting skills, with the ability to engage on an equal footing
Very good command of German and good command of English
A self-motivated, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Due to our corporate language and current client structure, German language skills at a minimum C1 level are required

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 67,200 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
