Your tasks
- You take technical ownership of frontend projects — from architecture to code quality to evolving our tech stack.
- You keep an eye on tech trends, distinguish hype from real innovation, experiment with new approaches in the team, and use them to drive our projects forward.
- Together with other technical leads, you form a strong team within the business unit — making key technology and project decisions collaboratively.
- You actively shape the interfaces between design, backend, and project management — always focused on performance, quality, and user experience.
- You act as a mentor and sparring partner for a highly motivated team of frontend developers, further developing our constructive code review culture.
- You coordinate regularly with your fellow Frontend Development Lead to create the best synergies across business units.
- You also work hands-on in projects, maintaining both technical depth and an overview of the bigger picture.
- In tandem with the Business Unit Lead, you take on disciplinary leadership responsibility for your team members.
What you can contribute
- You have been developing complex frontends for several years — whether with Vue, React, or using classic HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- You have solid practical knowledge in working with build tools, component-driven development, API integration, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- You have a keen sense for UX/UI and enjoy collaborating closely with designers.
- You’re solution-oriented, hold yourself to high quality standards, and can explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- You aim to continuously develop yourself and your team, recognize opportunities for improvement, and proactively drive them forward.
- You already have initial experience in technical or disciplinary leadership — or you’re ready to consciously take this next step.
